The November 20 DCP report shows Division F making F.A.S.T. progress on DCP goals.  One club, Manassas Community Toastmasters, already has 6 DCP goals completed, and over 20 members…that spells Distinguished Club (if the membership holds up through the April renewals) - Congratulations! 

Two clubs already have 5 Goals (Burke & Springfield) both with 20 and 19 members respectively, and six clubs already have 3 Goals completed.  Only one club has yet to achieve a single goal, and they know who they are and are working on it. 

Just a reminder to VPE’s…if you have members with 7, 8 or 9 speeches completed, consider scheduling them a little more often than those with 2 to 4 speechs, so you genrate those CCs rapidly and have the first and/or second DCP goals nailed down early in the year.  That way you can concentrate on getting those 4 new members and 4 more new members goals as you next priority.
