A Real Gentleman and a Real Toastmaster has Passed On

PDG Marjorie Schutt has written with the sad news that Charlie Keane has passed on at the age of 102. He was not from our district, so not many of you will know of him and how he took on the challenge of serving as District Governor at an age when most of us would be happy to concern ourselves with far less strenuous duties.
